How to Make Delicious Fatty Chicken Fried Rice

  • ½ chicken cut into pieces.
  • Cucumber, cherry tomato, wood ear.
  • Garlic, onion white head, ginger.
  • Cashews or turmeric powder.
  • Spices: seasoning, sugar, soy sauce, chili sauce, chili vinegar, garlic…


Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Wash chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces. Marinate chicken with garlic, seasoning, a little sugar for about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Boil the Chicken

North a pot of water, in which the onion head, crushed ginger, add a little salt and then drop the marinated chicken into boiled. Once the chicken is cooked, take it out and let it dry.

Step 3: Fry the Chicken

Step 4: Fry the Rice

The chicken broth is filtered through a cloth and used to cook rice. Then when the rice is cooked, mix the rice with the fat. Next, you put the pan on the stove, turn the heat to medium and stir the rice until the rice is cooked and turn off the stove.

Step 5: Make the Accompanying Fish Sauce

Mix fish sauce to serve by using 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 5 tablespoons of fish sauce, 6 tablespoons of filtered water, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and chili.

In this way to make chicken dipping sauce, you put lemon juice, sugar, fish sauce and filtered water into a bowl.

Next, dissolve the above mixture evenly until the fish sauce has a certain consistency. Then, you add minced garlic and chili to complete the fish sauce to serve with chicken rice with grease.
