Seafood fried rice is a dish that is both strange and familiar, when using a familiar recipe but changing the ingredients when frying rice, creates a different feeling from regular fried rice dishes. The way to make this rice dish is quite simple, it does not take much time to prepare, but the deliciousness is hard to resist. Follow along below on how to do it!
- Cold rice
- 100g fresh shrimp
- Green onions, garlic
- Soy sauce, chili fruit
- Peas, corn
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
- For rice, you can use cold rice or cook new rice. When cooking new rice, you wash the rice and then spread the rice evenly, cook it and put it in a bowl to cool. Sausage you bring diced. Shrimp choose fresh ones, peeled and diced. Peas and corn you wash with diluted salt water, rinse with clean water then blanch in boiling water.
- The garlic you bring is peeled, put in a pan with cooking oil and then saute. Next, you add shrimp to the island. Then, you add sausages to fry together, season with a little MSG, fish sauce. Next, you add the peas and stir-fry until soft, then transfer the mixture to a plate.
Step 2: Conduct Processing
Continue to fry minced garlic with cooking oil, then add the cooled rice to fry on high heat. When the rice is cooked, add the sausage, shrimp and bean mixture.
