Ingredients:

  • 300 ml coconut milk.
  • 1 ripe mango.
  • 50 grams of condensed milk.
  • 30 ml of fresh milk without sugar.
  • 1 passion fruit.
  • 40 grams of white granulated sugar.
  • A little salt.
  • 100 ml of filtered water.
  • 600 grams of ice.
  • Tools: knife, cutting board, blender, sieve, pot, stove.

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Cut passion fruit in half and use a sieve to get 50 ml of juice. Buy mango, wash, peel and cut the flesh with a knife, remove the seeds. Then, cut into small pieces ¼ of the mango flesh and put the rest in a blender.
  • Step 2: After you have pureed the mango flesh, you should use a sieve to remove the remaining mango residue. Pour the filtered mango into the pot, add passion fruit juice, 40 grams of white sugar, a little salt and 100 ml of filtered water.
  • Step 3: Put the mixed pot on the stove and turn on the heat until it boils, then lower the selection, cook for about 10 minutes until the mango is ripe, golden and slug. Add the diced mango, cook for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat, let it cool down and store it in the fridge to wait for use.
  • Step 4: In a blender, add ingredients such as 300 ml of coconut milk, 50 ml of condensed milk, 30 ml of unsweetened fresh milk and 600 grams of cooked mango sauce. Close the lid and blend until smooth.

After preparing this blended iced drink, note that it should be used immediately, avoiding melting the ice will lose its inherent delicious taste. When enjoying, pour the crushed coconut water into a glass, put some diced mango and drizzle more mango sauce on top to make the drink more attractive.
