Fried Chicken with Pepper Sauce


  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (white sugar can be used, but brown sugar will make the dish more beautiful)
  • 2 tablespoons delicious fish sauce
  • 2-3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce


Process Materials

Purchased chicken thighs, cleaned, drained, and cut a few lines on the chicken thighs.

  • Step 2: Mix 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of pepper in a cup, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, stir to taste salty and sweet. Stir fry 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, add the mixed sauce to cook.
