Delicious Mixed Seafood Fried Noodles Recipe

Combination noodles

Ingredients:

  • 200g dried egg noodles or your preferred noodles
  • 200g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, scallops, mussels)
  • 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a wok or large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until it turns white and is no longer pink.
  5. Add the mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, scallops, mussels) and cook until they are cooked through.
  6. Add the julienned carrot, bell pepper, and onion to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients in the pan.
  8. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  9. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more soy sauce, oyster sauce, or fish sauce according to your taste.
  10. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
