This Pho is very quick to cook and tastes just as delicious as traditional Pho!
- 170g noodle soup
- 800ml broth
- 2-3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 piece of cinnamon about 8cm long
- 1 piece of ginger
- 2 anise
- 3 green onions
- 200g boiled shrimp, peeled
- 1 handful of bean sprouts or bok choy
- Fresh basil, coriander, lemon, chili
Put the broth in a pot, add cinnamon, ginger, star anise and fish sauce to the boil.
When the broth has boiled for about 15 minutes, open the lid and let the sliced green onions cook for another 5 minutes.
Next, take out all the cinnamon and star anise. Then add shrimp to the island and cook for 1 minute. Season to taste and then let the stove simmer.
Put the Pho in a bowl, add the blanched vegetables, then pour the broth and sprinkle with green onions and you’re done.
Cooking pho has never been so simple, you just need a little time to have a delicious shrimp noodle soup right away. There’s nothing better than a hot bowl of pho on a winter morning.
