This Pho is very quick to cook and tastes just as delicious as traditional Pho!
Ingredients:
- 170g noodle soup
- 800ml broth
- 2-3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 piece of cinnamon about 8cm long
- 1 piece of ginger
- 2 anise
- 3 green onions
- 200g boiled shrimp, peeled
- 1 handful of bean sprouts or bok choy
- Fresh basil, coriander, lemon, chili
Instructions:
Step 1
Put the broth in a pot, add cinnamon, ginger, star anise and fish sauce to the boil.
Step 2
When the broth has boiled for about 15 minutes, open the lid and let the sliced green onions cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Next, take out all the cinnamon and star anise. Then add shrimp to the island and cook for 1 minute. Season to taste and then let the stove simmer.
Step 4
Put the Pho in a bowl, add the blanched vegetables, then pour the broth and sprinkle with green onions and you’re done.
